Led UX onboarding design for AWS Deadline Cloud, simplifying complex cloud infrastructure and identity setup.

Agentic AI · Trust Architecture
How an AI agent earns the right to act for a parent by watching the work, not the family.
My Contributions:
- Designed the trust architecture that lets an AI agent earn autonomy in stages: in-the-loop, then drafting-and-reviewing (Delegator), then running routines (Autopilot).
- Reframed the core insight after testing surfaced parent dread: the agent watches the work (artwork and calendar), not the family, so trust is earned without surveillance.
- Built and validated it as a working React prototype, grounded in parent interviews and a machine-readable design system.
Platform Redesign
AllQuotes is lead generation and matching platform connecting homeowners and contractors to simplify quoting and hiring.
My Contributions:
Collaborated with the founder and engineers to understand goals and user needs.
Used analytics and competitive research to identify drop-off points.
Conducted usability testing to uncover pain points and validate designs.
Redesigned key pages, boosting quote interactions by 15% and submissions by 18%.
Reduced quoting flow drop-off by 15% through user feedback-driven improvements.
